Larry Eugene Billups
February 14, 1953 ~ February 2, 2011


Larry Eugene Billups, age 5,7 of Chickasha OK, was born on February 14, 1953, in Tulsa OK. He died on February 2, 2011, in Midwest City OK.

After graduating from high school in Tulsa, Larry received his bachelors degree from Oklahoma State University. For many years, he worked for a vending service company, managing vending stands at the Oklahoma State Capitol and the U.S. Post Office in Oklahoma City. He then went to nursing school and worked as a nurse for several years. His most recent work was with Plasma Alliance in Tulsa.

He was preceded in death by his mother Viola Billups Brooks, brother Wendell Brooks, Jr., and infant brother, Clay Brooks.

Survivors include his wife Brenda Billups of Chickasha OK; father Wendell Brooks, Sr., of Tulsa OK; sister Christine Shipley of Tulsa; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
