Sheila Diane [Young] Baker
October 29, 1958 ~ October 25, 2003


Funeral services for Sheila Diane Young Baker, 44, of Chickasha, will be held Tuesday, October 28, 2003, at 10:30 a.m. in the Ferguson Funeral Home Chapel with Justin Ford of the Sharon Baptist Church officiating.

Sheila Diane Young Baker, was born October 29, 1958, in Hobart, Oklahoma, the daughter of Rick Young and Martha Floyd Young. She died Saturday, October 25, 2003, in Chickasha.

Sheila came to Chickasha as a young child with her family. She attended Friend Public Schools and graduated from Amber-Pocasset High School in 1976.

She later attended the Canadian Valley Vo-Tech School where she trained in secretarial work.

Sheila has been employed with Bob Lowe Farm Equipment as secretary for four and a half years.

She was a member of the Sharon Baptist Church where she was a Sunday School teacher for eighteen years.

Survivors include her parents, Rick and Martha Young of Chickasha; three sons: Jason, Brandon and Clayton Baker, all of Chickasha; one sister, Gay Young, of Chickasha; one brother and sister-in-law: Rodney and Angela, of Chickasha; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Memorials may be made to the Heartland Hospice, c/o Ferguson Funeral Home, P. O. Box 1187, Chickasha, Oklahoma, 73023, or to the Sharon Baptist Church, RR3, Box 298, Chickasha, Oklahoma, 73018.

Interment will be in the Fairlawn Cemetery under the direction of Ferguson Funeral Home.
