John G. Willard
September 25, 1932 ~ October 22, 2005


Funeral service for John G. Willard, 73, of Chickasha, Oklahoma will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, October 26, 2005 at the Maranatha Baptist Church.

John G. Willard was born September 25, 1932 in Anadarko, Oklahoma, the son of Leon Stuart and Mayzell [Goodwyn] Willard and died October 22, 2005 in Chickasha.

Mr. Willard lived in Chickasha for over 40 years. He owned and operated W & W Auto Service. He also worked for Lambrecht Trucking and worked for Maremont for 18 years.

He served in the U.S. Army from 1953-55.

He and Margaret Keel were married June 21, 1958 in El Reno, Oklahoma.

Mr. Willard was a member of the Maranatha Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include: wife: Margaret Willard of the home, one son and his wife: Steve and Cheryl Willard of Blanchard; one daughter: Brenda Schwenk of Chickasha; one sister and her husband: Mary Susan and Willard McArthur of Houston, Texas; 9 grandchildren: Leslie Willard, Rachael Irons, Noah and wife Sandy Willard, Derik Irons, Jill Boyd, Jessica Lehman, Janna Boyd, Joshua Boyd, Julia Boyd; three great grandchildren: Skylir Irons, Ozzy Irons, and Lillian Lehman.

Interment will be in the Bradley Cemetery under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home.
