Andy Adkins
March 11, 1961 ~ July 9, 2012


Andy Adkins, of Pauls Valley, passed away July 9, 2012 in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma at the age of 51 years.

Andy was born March 11, 1961 in Wynnewood, Oklahoma to Jack Harold and Dorothy Lee [Cordell] Adkins.

He grew up in Pauls Valley; attending Pauls Valley schools and is a graduate of the Pauls Valley High School. He furthered his education by attending Truck Driving School in Ardmore and worked in the Oil Fields, a Truck Driver and a Welder.

He and Heather Arnett were married August 18, 1998. He was blessed with four daughters and 6 grandchildren.

He enjoyed riding motorcycles, C dues, working on cars with his friends and family.

Andy was preceded in death by his wife, Heather Adkins; daughter, Shanici Adkins; father, Jack H. Adkins; grandparents, Willie Britt, Marvin Cordell, Ethel Adkins and George Washington Adkins.

Surviving family include: his mother, Dorothy Adkins of Pauls Valley; three daughters, Chasity Gilley of California; Courtney Robinson of Pauls Valley; and Misty Danker Adkins of Texas; a special stepson, Trent, 6 grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Friday, July 13, 2012 at 2:00 pm at Stufflebean-Coffey Chapel of Remembrance officiated by Rev. M. E. Sellers. Interment will be at Mt. Olivet Cemetery under the direction of Stufflebean-Coffey Funeral Home.
