She enjoyed camping, finding bargains at thrift stores, canning, but most of all she enjoyed being a bonus mom to her nieces and nephews who all called her Auntie. She loved animals. When she was younger she raised rabbits and she loved her dogs. She had a wonderful sense of humor and was very bright with a quick wit.

In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials be made to Our Daily Bread where she made many friends later in life. The family would like to thank Greenbrier Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing for their love and care and the staff of St. Mary's 4 Main for the care they gave her and the family in her brief illness. They also request that masks and proper distancing be observed as a service to others.
