Mennonite Brethren Cemetery


Corneluis H. Ediger, 66, of Weatherford, died at the Weatherford Hospital after being stricken in his home.

His funeral will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Enid Mennonite Church with Rev. Lynford Becker officiating. Burial will be in the Mennonite Church Cemetery.

Ediger was born Aug. 28, 1907 in Enid, and was married to Tena Kroeker in 1928, He served as a missionary in Old Mexico for 18 year, retiring in June 1972. Ediger was a member of the Enid Mennonite Church.

In addition to his wife Tena, he is survived by a son, Allen of Weatherford; three daughters, Lavina Patzkowshy of Isabel; Francis Wedel of Marshall, Ark.and Delores Thessen of Weatherford; 12 grandchildren, and a great grand daughter; a sister, Mrs. Abe Buttler of Enid; three brothers, Dave, John and Dan Ediger all of Enid.
