A graveside service for William Thomas "Tom" Turner, 90, will be 10 AM Wednesday in Enid Cemetery. The Rev. Marvin Goodpasture will officiate. The body was cremated. Arrangements are by Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

He was born September 4, 1912, in Enid to William H. and Mabel Robinson Turner and died Sunday, May 18, 2003, at Greenbrier Nursing Home.

He was educated in the Enid school system. He married Zola Ishmael. They had two children. He later married Ruth Deirksen. He worked in the oil fields for several years, for Texico Propane Company and for other business around Enid.

Surviving are his wife, Ruth; one daughter, Judy of Brooksville, Florida; one brother, Robert of Enid; three grandchildren; and three great – grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by one son and one sister.
