Dorothy June Van Scyoc went to be with the Lord Sunday, March 3, 2019. She was 93. Dorothy was born to George and Anna Astley in Helena, OK; the 2nd of six children. Dorothy trusted Christ as a teenager and loved her church. She became a caring and compassionate Registered Nurse. She was married to Finley Van Scyoc for 63 years before his death in 2010. They had 4 children, Cathy (Jim) Gantenbein of Port Orchard, WA, Susan (Brent) Ballweg of Choctaw, OK, Diane (Tom) Schenk of Enid, OK and Huck (Tammie) Van Scyoc of Hot Springs, AR; 9 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.

Visitation is Wednesday at Anderson-Burris Funeral Home from 6-7:30 p.m. Burial is at 1 p.m. at the Enid Cemetery followed by a memorial service at 2 p.m. at First Baptist Church, Enid. Memorials may be made to First Baptist Anniversary Fund with Anderson-Burris as custodian. Condolences online at www.andersonburris.com.
