Theodore H. Reed Jr., 34, 517 S. Coolidge, was found dead late Saturday, 3 May 1986, at 1002 E. Park. The funeral will be 1 PM Friday at Progressive Baptist Church with the Rev. J. D. Phillips officiating. Burial will be at Enid Cemetery under direction of Russworm Funeral Home.

Reed had lived in Enid most of his life and was a construction worker.

Survivors include his mother, Pearlene Pitts, Enid; his step – father, Eugene Pitts, Enid; a son, Quincy Reed, and a daughter, Brandy Reed, both of Houston, Texas; three sisters, Elaine Reed and Korylen Walters, both of Enid, and Cathy Tomlinson, Sacramento, California; a step – sister, Earlene Pitts, Omaha, Nebraska; a brother, Tyrone Reed, Denver, Colorado; a step – brother, Wilbur Pitts, Enid; and his grandmother, Eva Favors, Enid.

He was preceded in death by his father and a sister.
