Yukon – The funeral for Johnny C. Ragsdale, 45, will be at 11 AM Wednesday in the Chapel of Yanda and Son Funeral Home. Burial will be at 3 PM Wednesday in the Enid Cemetery. Eldon Bond and Allen Jenkens will officiate.

He was born December 29, 1951, in Shawnee to Charles and Mildred Ragsdale and died Saturday, December 6, 1997, at his home.

On September 2, 1973, he married Ruth Ann Mooney at the First Baptist Church of Canadian, Texas. The couple moved from Enid to Yukon in 1978.

Surviving are his wife, Ruth Ann of the home; two sons, Randy and Robert, both of Yukon; one daughter, Rachael "Mandy" Amanda Ragsdale of Yukon; one brother, Charles Andrew Ragsdale Jr. of Enid; and one sister, Linda Hutchins of Pierre, South Dakota.

He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother and one son.
