November 12, 1947 - October 22, 2019

A Celebration of Life Service for Vickie Ann Long Kahn will be 10 am Monday, October 28, 2019, at the Ladusau-Evans Chapel with Rev. Gene Long officiating. Burial will follow in the Enid Cemetery under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

Vickie was born November 12, 1947, in Enid to Willard and Irene Marquardt Long and passed away October 22, 2019, in Enid. She attended Enid Public Schools and received her diploma in 1966. She married the love of her life John Kahn on March 16, 1964, in Enid and he passed away June 26, 2005. They were married for 41 years when he was called to the Lord and was awaiting her arrival. She and John owned and operated the Grand Ave Café for 28 years, where her son John David continues their business. Vickie loved her family, grandkids and great grandkids.

She is survived by her two children John David and Victoria Renee and her husband Terry Beebe, her four grandkids and three great grandkids. She is also survived by her sisters; Connie Peeler, Candy Warner and her brothers; Ben, Gene and Rocky Long and several nieces and nephews.

Vickie was preceded in death by her grandparents John and Dollie Marquardt, parents Willard Long and Irene Long Cook, brother Johnny Long and baby sister Karen. She loved to go to Casino where she had the magic touch. Getting lost was her specialty which runs in the Long family. Ha! Ha!

Vickie loved to dance and have a good time. She had a heart of gold and loved her animals and spoiled them.

Vickie will be missed by many family and friends. She has been ill for a number of years, but now has no more pain or sorrow. She rests with her Heavenly Father. Rest in Peace our precious mom, sister and grandmother.

Memorials may be made to Enid SPCA with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodians of the funds.

Condolences may be made online and the service may be viewed online at www.ladusauevans.com .
