June 27, 1955 - July 8, 2021

A Celebration of Life for Rosemary (Prochaska) Hinkle, age 66, of Enid, will be 10:00 am, Tuesday, July 13, 2021 at Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Sam Hinkle officiating. Burial will follow in Enid Cemetery under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Monday, July 12, 2021.

Rosemary was born June 27, 1955 in Enid, OK to Jimmie and Joann (O'Brien) Prochaska, and passed away on Thursday, July 8, 2021 at St. Mary's Hospital in Enid.

Rosemary graduated from Helena-Goltry High School and began working at McDonalds, where her hard work payed off and she was promoted to the position of Manager. She worked there for many years before taking a job at Golden Corral, where she worked for 19 years right up until last year when they closed due to the pandemic. She married Bennie Roy Hinkle on April 22, 1981. In 1982, their son Levi was born, and he joined his stepbrother, Dustin Ben Hinkle to complete their family. Rosemary was also a foster parent to two special needs children, Brenda Matthews and BJ "Brian" Rocka from 1987 until the present. Brenda preceded her in death on May 24, 2021.

She is survived by her son, Levi Hinkle; stepson, Dustin Ben Hinkle; her foster son, B.J. Rocka; seven grandchildren, Nathan, Asher, Hannah, Emma, and Grayson Hinkle; Chrysta and Justin Rabe; sister, Jamie Coulter and husband Cole; brother, Charlie Prochaska; her step-mother, Peggy Unruh-Prochaska; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, and other family and friends. Rosemary is preceded in death by her parents, Jimmie and Joann Prochaska.

She loved cooking, golfing and most of all her grandkids. She is loved and will be missed dearly.

Memorial contributions in Rosemary's name may be made to A Night to Shine with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
