The funeral for Sylvia M. Fitz, 84, of Anthony, Kan., formerly of Enid, will be 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 18, 2009, in Enid Cemetery Chapel. Arrange-ments are by Prairie Rose Funeral Home, Anthony, Kan.

She was born Feb. 18, 1925, in Enid to Floyd M. and Mildred A. Cummings Kelley and died Tuesday, Dec. 15, 2009, at Anthony Community Care Center. She attended Enid schools, graduating from Enid High School. She married Wilbur Henry Fitz Jan. 25, 1943, in Enid. They lived in many towns before settling in Anthony. He died Jan. 15, 1995. She was a homemaker and attended Anthony Christian Church. She moved to Anthony Community Care Center in June 2007.

Surviving are one daughter, Ann Fitz of Anthony.
