DRUMMOND PIONEER DIES
James E. DeHaas, aged 73 years, pioneer resident of the Drummond community, died Sunday night at the home of a son, Sam DeHaas, near Drummond, after an illness of about 2 weeks.
Mr. DeHaas leaves two sons, Sam and Will of Drummond, and two daughters, Mrs. Lulu Ogden of Compton, Calif., and Mrs. Edward Vernon, of Pueblo, Colo.
Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon from the Congregational church at Drummond. Burial was made in the Del Norte cemetery.
