Obituary
The funeral of Paul C. "Pete" Schultz, 84, who died Saturday at a local nursing home, will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Breckinridge. The Rev. Carlton F. Kjergaard will officiate. Burial will be in Immanuel Lutheran Cemeterydirected by Henninger-Allen Funeral Home.
He was born Aug. 27, 1904 in Breckinridge where he attended school. He then farmed and worked for Champlin Petroleum Co., for 32 years, retiring in 1966. He and Alma Marie Mohlenbrink were married Jan. 2, 1927. They lived in Breckinridge until moving to Enid in 1950. She died in 1972. Schultz was a long-time member of Immanuel Lutheran Church, Breckinridge, until moving his membership to St. Paul's Lutheran Church a few years ago. He had been a member of the Oil Workers Union Local 220 and active in the Project Phillip Bible Study.
Surviving are five sons, Doyle and Eldon, both of Enid, Vanoy of Waukomis and Warren and Emmitt, both of Oklahoma City; two daughter, Lavawn Nelson and Barbara Johnson, both of Enid; 17 grandchildren; and three great grandchildren

Mrs. Paul (Alma) Schultz, 64, 2124 E. Pine, died early Monday evening in a local hospital following a brief illness. A family prayer service will be at 1 p.m. Thursday in the Henninger-Allen Funeral Home Chapel in Services to follow at 2 p.m. Thursday in the Immanuel Lutheran Church at Breckinridge. The Rev. Carlton Kjergaard will officiate and burial will be in the Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery under direction of Henninger-Allen.

Mrs. Schultz was born May 9, 1908, on a farm two miles east and one north of Breckinridge. She attended Immanuel Lutheran School and was married to Paul Schultz Jan. 2, 1927, at Breckinridge. They established a home on a farm until moving to Enid in 1950. She was a member of the Immanuel Lutheran Church of Breckinridge. Surviving relations include her husband Paul of the home; two daughters, Mrs. George (Lavawn) Nelson of Arlington, Va., Mrs. Jerry (Barbara) Johnson, Enid; six sons. Doyle H. Of Ft Walton Beach, Fla., Eldon P., Enid, Vanoy K., Waukomis, Warren D. Wichita, Kan., Emmitt H., Midwest City and Roger W. Of the home; a sister. Mrs. Anna Dalrymple, Breckinridge; two borthers, George Mohlenbrink and Ed Mohlenbrink, both of Breckinridge.
She was preceded in death by three sons Lloyd E. in 1951, Gary L. in 1960 and a son in infancy; five brothers and a sister.
