Obituary- John W. F. Schultz
A farmer from Martin Co. , his parents came to America in 1843, locating in Niagara Co. NY, fourteen miles east of Buffalo, where they remained until 1866. In Novenber of that year the father died at the home of our subject, at the age of seventy-five.
John F. W. Schultz married Louisa Pagel on Jan. 17, 1861 in Bergholz, Niagara Co. NY.
John F. W. Schultz came on foot to Washington Co. MN, in May 1862, where he purchased eighty acres of land and remained there until 1874. He then located on 220 acres in Harrison twns, Kandiyohi Co. this state.
