Breckinridge Cemetery


The Funeral for Howard S. Haskins, age. 72, who died Saturday evening in an Enid hospital, will be at 10:00 a.m.Wednesday in the Immanuel Lutheran Church at Breckinridge. The Rev. Carlton Kjergaard pastor, will officiate. Buriel will be in the Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery, under the directions of Anderson Funeral Home, Garber.
Haskins was born May 13, 1912, in Garfield Co. to Charles and Clara Haskins. He attended schools in that area, and on Aug. 1, 1935, married Lorlene Mohlenbrink at Breckinridge.The following year he became a member of the Lutheran Church.
Haskins was a retired farmer of the Hunter community.
He is survived by his wife, Lorlene, daughters, Shirley and Gene Ragoss of Hunter, and Carol and Jim Betchan of Covington, OK one son, John, of Ringwood ; one brother, Nelson Haskins; three sisters, and 10, grandchildren,
He was preceded in death by, one son, his parents, three brothers and two sisters.
