Rosa A. Blumer was born February 04, 1870 near Davenport, Scott County, IA, and died February 10, 1958 in Dewey County, OK. She was the daughter of Jost and Maria (Altman) Blumer and sister of Jost R. Blumer. She married Emil C. Schaumburg May 24, 1894 in Loup City, Sherman County, NB.

Leroy Edwin Hussey was born in Dewey county attended school in Vici and Richmond before moving to Fairview. Served in the US Army 1952-1954. Lived in San Diego Ca until his death in 1956. Leroy was the son of Steve and Velna Blumer Hussey
