Amanda Jane Ferrell, 37 year old resident of Norman, Oklahoma, passed from this life on June 20, 2014 in the Norman Regional Hospital. She was born April 4, 1977, to Mike Allison and Bonnie Smith in Norman, Oklahoma. While growing up she lived in Oklahoma City and Moore.

On February 5, 2009 Amanda married Scott Ferrell in Norman, Oklahoma. They lived in Houston, Texas, Elk City, Oklahoma and then moved back to Norman in 2013. There were two children between the two of them: Tasia Smith and Lillian Ferrell. Amanda loved spending time with her family. She enjoyed drawing, painting, cross stitching, reading and watching TV. Most of all she truly loved traveling.

Amanda is preceded in death by her mother Bonnie Smith, uncles Darrell Smith and Johnny Smith. Amanda is survived by husband Scott of the home; father Mike Allison and wife Ann of Norman, Oklahoma; two daughters Tasia Smith and Lily Ferrell of Norman, Oklahoma; father and mother-in-law Teddy and Debra Ferrell of Leedey, Oklahoma; sister-in-laws Sandra Latham of Hutto, Texas and Emily Western of Leedey, Oklahoma; three aunts, three uncles, three nieces, one nephew and a host of family and friends.

Tuesday June 24th
Amanda Jane Ferrell -- 10:30 a.m.
Graveside services will be held at Rhea Cemetery, Leedey, Oklahoma.
