Mrs. Hollis Roberts, 58, of Noble died at 11:45 a.m. today at Norman Municipal Hospital following an extended illness.

Born August 17, 1896, in West Plains, Mo., Mrs. Roberts came to Norman as a small child with her parents. She moved to Noble in 1932. Mrs. Roberts was a Sunday school teacher and member of the Noble Baptist Church.

She is a past present of the Friendship Home Demonstration Club and served one term as secretary of the Cleveland County Home Demonstration Council.

Funeral services will be held in the Noble Baptist Church Sunday at 1 p.m. Rev. Harry Boydston will officiate. Burial will be in the IOOF Cemetery at Noble.

Survivors include the husband, Hollis Roberts of Noble; one daughter, Doris Gifford, Bakersfield, Calif.; her mother, Mrs. Jim Wilson, 120 W. Tonhawa St.; four sisters, Mrs. Addie Thurman, Shawnee; Mrs. Fay Trueblood, Biloxi, Miss.; Mrs. Grace Masulka, San Francisco, Calif.; Mrs. Helen Bohannon, 120 W. Tonhawa; and one brother, Harry Wilson, 212 E. Symmes St. There are five grandchildren.
