Debra Randall of Philadelphia, PA was born June 15, 1955 to Glenn Randall and Imogene (Tullius) Randall in Moberly, MO.  Debra passed away surrounded by family in Los Angeles, CA on Tuesday, February 26, 2013. 

Debra graduated from Sunnyside High School in Tucson, AZ in 1973; received her Bachelor degree in Medical Technology and her Masters degree in Toxicology from the University of Arizona.  She became a Diplomat of the American Board of Toxicology.  For about 10 years, she worked for Monsanto in St Louis, MO as a Toxicologist and then worked for more than 20 years for Arkema, Inc. in Philadelphia, PA as a manager of Product Safety where she recently retired for health reasons.

Debra is survived by her parents of Los Angeles, CA; two brothers, Michael and David Randall and David’s wife, Brenda, of Los Angeles, CA; three sisters, Sherry Stephens of Fairbanks, Alaska, Donna Randall of Arlington, VA and Kathleen Randall of Los Angeles, CA; and numerous nieces and nephews. 

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Georgie (Nemecek) Tullius and Sylvester Tullius of Norman, OK and paternal grandparents, William Randall of San Jose, CA and Agnes (Chedgzey) Seaman of San Diego, CA as well as numerous aunts and uncles.

Services will be held Monday, March 11, 2013 at 12:00 p.m. at St. Joseph’s St. Charles Borromeo Chapel in Norman, OK with graveside services following at the I.O.O.F Cemetery in Noble, OK.   Arrangements for Debra and her family were placed in the care of the Vice family at the Havenbrook Funeral Home of Norman, Oklahoma.

As an expression of sympathy, memorial contributions in Debra’s name may be made to the Sisters of Nazareth House, 3333 S. Manning Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90064 for their continued care of the sick and elderly of all faiths, with dignity and respect
