Funeral services for Christine Lewis Thompson were held at 2 pm , Friday January 15, 1993 in the First Baptist Church of Moore with Dr. Bobby Boyles and Rev. M. H. Koonce officiating. Burial followed in the Moore Cemetery.

Christine Lewis Thompson was born January 18, 1917 in Etowak, Tennessee and died Tuesday, January 12, 1993 at the age of 75. She lived in Georgia and Florida before moving to Tulsa in 1927. The family moved to Moore, OK in 1945.

She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Moore and was baptized there in May 1950. She operated the 77 Cafe until 1962 .

Survivors include her husband Lloyd Thompson; sons, Jimmy and Charles Thompson; grandsons, Chuck, Dan and Chet Thompson; great granddaughters , Tiffany and Caitlyn Thompson ; and her sister Mary Kate Gilliland of Tulsa.
