Lavonda K. Donithan Stevens

Lavonda K. Donithan Stevens went to be with her Lord on October 8 2001.

She was born on April 22, 1958 to Frank and Leatha Donithan in Pittsburg California.

Lavonda was a dedicated member of Faith Tabernacle in Oklahoma City.

She worked at Carlisle Food Service for eight years as an accounts payable manager.

Lavonda was a loving wife and mother.

She is survived by her husband, Gary Stevens and her children Jared and Tara of Moore, Oklahoma; her father and mother-in-law, Rev. and Mrs. Monroe Stevens; her sister-in-law, Kathy Odom and her family; her brothers Bill, Paul and Roger Donithan; her sisters, Nadine White and Carla Rogers.

She was preceded in death by her mother and father.

Lavonda will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Funeral services will be at Faith Tabernacle in Oklahoma City, Saturday, October 13, 2001 at 2:00 p.m.

Interment at Moore Cemetery.
