Wadley's Funeral Service

Dorothy Jean Tiller died June 18, 2014 in Norman at the age of 67 years 8 months 7 days. Funeral Services are scheduled for 2:00 PM, Friday, June 20, 2014 at Wadley’s Funeral Chapel.

Interment will follow at the Lexington Cemetery under the care of Wadley’s Funeral Service.


Dorothy was born October 11, 1946 in Lexington, Oklahoma to William Lee and Laverne Carrie Effie (Bradshaw) Farrow. She was raised in Lexington, graduating in 1964. After graduation Dorothy worked a few jobs while getting her cosmetology license. Later, she became a licensed Activities and Social Services Director as well as a certified medication aide, working in the nursing home industry. She loved playing bingo, fishing with her sister, spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren, spending time with family, chatting and riding around. Dorothy loved taking care of her dogs, listening to the her police scanner, dressing up and playing practical jokes on everyone. She was an avid sports fan, watching her son and daughter when they were young, and then her grandchildren. More recently, she enjoyed watching the Thunder play and playing games on Facebook.

Dorothy is preceded in death by her parents, William and Laverne Farrow; sister, Kaye Thrash; brothers, Billy and Bobby Farrow.

Survivors include her son, Max Punneo and wife, Reika of Lexington; daughter, Cassie Browning of Lexington; grandchildren, Sierra Punneo, Blake Gifford, Luke Gifford, Kodey Tahsequah, Kaiden Orso, Andre Ibarra; great grandchildren, Kade Tahsequah and Kruz Conway-Nere; sister, Jaquitta Holden and husband, Brent of Noble; and numerous other relatives and friends.
