DeLos Santos

Police responded to a report of shots fired about 6 p.m. Tuesday, March 13 , 2012 at 1925 NW 15, Sgt. John Stacy said.

It was confirmed that Juan DeLos Santos, 43 of Oklahoma City fatally shot his estranged wife, Claudia Aguilar, 35 and their daughter, Evelyn DeLos Santos, age 5 before turning the gun on himself..

Relatives told police De Los Santos and Aguilar were going through a divorce. According to the police report, De Los Santos and Aguilar began arguing Tuesday afternoon.

All three were pronounced dead at the scene and the weapon was recovered at the scene.
