Services for Mary Durie were Monday at 11:00 a.m. in Watts Memorial Chapel, Madill, with Dr. Glen Pool officiating. 

A private interment service was conducted Tuesday in Rose Hill Cemetery, Ardmore, under the direction of Watts Funeral Home.

Mrs. Durie was born September 13, 1904, in Ardmore, Indian Territory, and died January 14, 2000, in Marietta at the age of 95. Reared in Ardmore and Carter County, she married Eugene W. Durie on May 20, 1925.  Mrs. Durie, a resident of a Marietta nursing facility, was a member of Covenant Presbyterian Church of Oklahoma City.

She is survived by a son, Charles Durie of Falconhead; a daughter, Mary Gene Kirkpatrick of Tulsa; four grandchildren, Kay Kilpatrick, Tim Durie, John Durie and Mary Durie; and nine great-grandchildren. 

Mrs. Durie was preceded in death by her husband on July 4, 1969; and a grandson, Gene Kirkpatrick.

Memorials may be made to the Falconhead Memorial Gardens.
