GLENDA FAY BOON

The funeral for Glenda Fay Boon, 55, will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Watonga Nazarene Church. Burial will be in West Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Watonga. Arrangements are by Russworm Funeral Home, Watonga.

She was born March 26, 1951, in Pauls Valley to Charlie and Minnie Loyd and died Monday, Feb. 26, 2007, in Choctaw following a battle with cancer.

She married William “Cap” Boon Sept. 23, 1988, in Geary.

Surviving are her children, Peggy Williams of Morris, Javonda Taylor of Oklahoma City, Lonnie Boon of Lahoma, Glanzetta Plascensia of Springdale, Ark., Kelly Gooden of Watonga and Kristy Miller of Geary; three brothers, Dewayne Brim and Sherman and Charlie Loyd; five sisters, Ellen Whittet, Charlene Pipins, Linda Ramsey, Dorra Hobbs and Rita Aytes; 18 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William; her parents; one sister; one brother; and one grandson.
