Robert H. "Bob" Tyler

April 11, 1907 ~ May 19, 1989

Watonga – Graveside service for Robert H. "Bob" Tyler, 82, who died Friday in Watonga Municipal Hospital, will be held at 2 PM Saturday at I00F Cemetery, Watonga, with the Rev. Brett Collins officiating. Burial will be under the direction of Wilkinson Funeral Home, Watonga.

He was born April 11, 1907, in Watonga. He graduated from Watonga high school, then moved to Baton Rouge, Louisiana, where he established a commercial refrigeration company. He later returned to Watonga where he spent his retirement years.

He was a member of United Presbyterian Church of El Reno.

Survivors include a sister, Dorothy Tyler, Watonga; and a brother, Hugh Tyler, Watonga; two daughters, Joyce Ardery, Oklahoma City, and Jean Williamson, Baton Rouge, Louisiana; a step son, Richard Babb, Tyler, Texas; and five grandchildren.
