ENID, Okla. — Service for Billy Thrasher, 82, of Oklahoma City will be 3 p.m. Thursday, April 25, 2013, in I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Watonga, Okla. Arrangements by Wilkinson Mortuary, Watonga.

Billy was born June 29, 1930, in Watonga, Okla., to George Otto Thrasher and Beulah Blanche Kemp and died Monday, April 22, 2013.

Preceded by one daughter, Leslie Thrasher.

Surviving are his wife of 62 years, Arlene Thrasher; son, Bruce Thrasher and wife Lorie; granddaughter, Amber Ray and husband Chris Ray; great-grandson, Alexander Ray; and brother, Bob Thrasher and wife Edna.
