The graveside service for Jess William Vandusen, 54, of Longdale, will be 2 p.m. today in Longdale Cemetery. Kelly Martin will officiate. Arrangements are by Nichols Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Fairview.

He was born July 8, 1955, in Oklahoma City to William Albert and Cora Lee Kirkham Vandusen and died Wednesday, May 5, 2010, at Kingfisher Regional Hospital.

He married Bobbie Renee Tarver. He worked as a driller in the oil fields.

Surviving are his wife, Bobbie, of the home; two sons, Jessie Vandusen and Jason Vandusen, both of Oklahoma City; three daughters, Jessica Deaton of Noble, Sandy Geiger of Longdale and Tina Cross of Tulsa; siblings, Albert, Barbara, David, Mike, Danny, Sheila, Tina, Bo and Noogie; and 11 grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his stepmother and one brother.
