Mary Ann Alberta Martin-Steidley was called home by God, August 27, 2015 at 7:30 am. Mary Ann was born on September 18, 1923 to Lida Cravens-Martin and Alvin Martin of Longdale, OK. Mary Ann was 91 years old.

She went on to marry Ronald Spatz in 1945 and in that union had two children, Sharon Spatz-Paine of Mansfield, TX, and Ronald (Ron) Spatz and wife Jan of Oklahoma City.

In 1967 she married Kenneth Steidley from Claremore, OK. They were married 42 years until his passing of July 2009.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, and three brothers (Lavern, Bill, Marvin) and 3 sisters (Alice, Rachel, and Vera) and sister-in-laws (Lucile, Maxine, and Lina). What a great group of family.

Mary Ann enjoyed many hours of square dancing, gardening and good conversation. She is survived by her son and daughter, sister Pearl Schafer of Fairview, four grandchildren (Bryant Stewart of Seiling, OK, Courtney Blood of Oklahoma City, OK, Torri Matherne of Gulf Breeze, FL, and Adam Paine of Arlington, TX, and 9 great grandchildren.

Mary Ann will rest alongside her husband in the Homestead Cemetery Monday, August 31 at 2:00 pm.
