Enid News and Eagle
ENID, Okla. — Sam Fox Jr. was born July 13, 1919, and passed away on Jan. 23, 2013, at the home of his son Mike and Terri Fox, southeast of Okeene. Sam was born and raised in Okeene.

He married Theo Weldon on Feb. 7, 1941, and raised 3 wonderful sons, David, Tim and Mike.

Sam was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents. His survivors include his wife, Theo, of the home; three sons, Mike and Terri, Tim and Brenda, and David and Benita, all of Okeene; one brother, Robert Fox, and two sisters, Wiladene Kliewer and Floriagene and Frank Gerlak; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; his caregiver, Stephanie Thomas of Fairview, Okla., along with other family members and friends.

Graveside services will be held Saturday Jan. 26, 2013, at 2 p.m. at Ebenfeld Cemetery southeast of Okeene. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice Circle of Love through Wilkinson Mortuary of Okeene.
