Beverly Jo (Greb) Kopf

Beverly Jo (Greb) Kopf
November 24, 1935 ~ June 22, 2020

Beverly Jo (Greb) Kopf was born November 24, 1935 to Ezra and Clara (Geis) Greb on the family farm south of Isabella, Oklahoma. She departed this life on June 22, 2020 at the age of 84 years at her home north of Southard, Oklahoma with her family at her side.

Beverly married Bobbie Joe Kopf of Southard, Oklahoma on July 5, 1952 at the Presbyterian Church in Enid, Oklahoma after he returned home from his tour of duty in the Korean War. They made their home in Southard where they had 4 children born to this union: Michael, Gayla, Jana and Randall. After 36 years of marriage, Bobbie Joe passed away from cancer at the age of 57 years old. After his death she went back to school receiving her GED. She then pursued her education at Frances Tuttle in Oklahoma City where she received her Registered Dietary License for her job as head dietician for Schallmo and Okeene Municipal Hospital. She retired at the age of 72 from this job in 2007 to pursue the much deserved time with her family. She also got to fix up her flower beds. She loved playing in the soil, watching her flowers bloom, and seeing the hummingbirds at her feeders. She was a fantastic cook and she loved sharing her recipes with her children, but even more with her grandchildren.

She also was so blessed because she got to enjoy watching and being a part of 5 generations of her family.

Beverly was preceded in death by her husband Bobbie Joe Kopf, son and daughter in law Michael and Jackie Kopf, son in law Don White, parents Ezra and Clara Greb, George and Etta Mae Kopf, siblings Capitola and Willard Reames, Milton and Helen Greb, Cleora and Harvey Bierig, Betty and Orville Unruh, Mac Reames, Lola Jewel Jones.

She leaves behind children Gayla Rauh and husband Danny of Canton, Jana White of Fritch, TX. Randy Kopf of Longdale; siblings Mae Reames of Okeene and Verlin and LloyDene Greb, Billings, Montana; 29 grandchildren and 43 great grandchildren and 15 great great grandchildren and many wonderful nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.

While our hearts are breaking and already missing you, just know we are also rejoicing as you are walking across heaven holding hands with Dad.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, June 27, 2020 at the Canton Christian Church with Reverend Orville White officiating. Interment will follow at Canton Cemetery under the direction of Pierce Funeral Home, Canton, Oklahoma.
