Memorial services for Herman Eugene Walker will be held Saturday, September 3, 2005 at 10 a.m. at Red Hill Cemetery, Hammon, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma. He passed away in Richland, Missouri, after a short illness.
On February 7, 1919, Herman was born in Hammon to Lewis and Estella Hammons Walker. He graduated from Hammon High School and was later married to Gertrude Taylor on February 7, 1942. They had three children, Riachard, who lives in Las Crfuces, New Mexico, Cheryl of Refugio, Texas, and Jerry of Spavinaw, Oklahoma.
He is survived by his children, five grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews and extended family in the area.
He was preceded in death by his brothers Ralph, and Cleo and a sister, Letha. We loved and miss them all.
