North Elm Cemetery
Beckham County, Oklahoma

The North Elm Cemetery is about 15 miles SW of Erick, OK. I have found old references to it as the North Elm Cemetery, Windy Hill Cemetery and apparently the Salton Cemetery, which is strange as the town of Salton was several difficult miles South.
It is on a pretty large hill which is hard to get to without a 4WD vehicle and someone who knows the area well. I remember they had so much trouble digging one of the last 2 graves they used dynamite. There are 22 known graves - 7 infants, 7 men & 8 women. Submitted by: Mike and Jo Ann Moffat
