Robert Wayne Spence was born on August 7, 1950, in Liberal, Kansas to Henry and Nora Fay (Hillborn) Spence. Robert passed away on December 11, 2021, at Elk City, Oklahoma at the age of 71 years, 4 months, and 4 days.
 
Robert married Juanita in Hooker, Oklahoma on December 7, 1979, Hooker, Oklahoma. They remained in Hooker and Robert worked for the city for over twenty years before moving to Elk City in1996 where he worked for Walmart for over twenty years. Robert loved to fish and hunt and read Stephen King books as well as the Bible. He was very knowledgeable about the Bible as well. He enjoyed anything to do with muscle cars. He loved his faithful companion, Bubba, his cat.
 
He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Juanita, and brothers and sisters.
 
He is survived by the three children that he raised as his own, one son, Ricky Clinton, two daughters, Carol Koehn and Sherry Hatfield, six grandsons, Pat Spence, Rob Koehn, Justin Koehn, Eli Hatfield, Austin Clinton, and Evan Clinton, two granddaughters, Kelby Hatfield and Delta Harper, several great grandchildren, two brothers, Bill Spence and Marvin Spence, 2 sisters, Faye Burkette and Loyce Ann Spence along with a host of other relatives and friends.
