Kenneth L. Mock was born February 25, 1935 in Elk City, Oklahoma to Faye Nichols. He passed away April 7, 2016 at Sayre, Oklahoma at the age of 81 years, 1 month and 12 days.

Kenneth grew up in Elk City and graduated from Elk City High School. He served his country with the US Army and after his discharge in 1959 he returned to Elk City and cared for his mother until her passing in 1999. Kenneth worked in the oilfield and retired from H & P Drilling in 2000 but continued to work as a consultant for them. In 1990, Kenneth married to Wanda Mae McSperitt in Las Vegas, Nevada and they enjoyed their life together on their small acreage south of Sayre. He devoted his life to caring for his mother and wife.

Kenneth was a member of the Masonic Lodge where he was a Master Mason for over 50 years.

He was preceded in death by his mother, wife, and a daughter, Tonya Anderson.

He is survived by his children, Greg McSperitt and wife, Sarah, Burns Flat, OK, Rhonda Vaught and husband, Larry, Canute, OK, Lorri Hudson, Sayre, OK, Yvonne Attebery, Elk City, OK; 13 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren and many friends.
