Guy Lynn Mikles was born August 15, 1956 in Elk City, Oklahoma to Audrey Jo and Carmen Loyd Mikles. He passed away December 9, 2014 at Elk City, Oklahoma at the age of 58 years, 3 months and 24 days.

Guy grew up in Elk City and graduated from Merritt High School in 1973. During high school he rode bulls until his graduation. After graduation, he farmed and began his career in the oil field. Guy worked his way up and ended his career as a rig setter making sure the placement of the oil rigs were accurate and correct. He also enjoyed bull riding, rodeos, his position in the oil field, yard work and farming. He was also a member of Prairieview Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his father, Carmen Loyd Mikes and step-father, Eddie Tremblay.

He is survived by 1 son, Guy Ulis Mikles, 2 grandchildren, Trinity Mikles, Jazmine Mikles, mother, Jo Tremblay, Elk City, OK; 1 brother, Stanley Loyd Mikles, Cross Lake, MN; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.
