Rosa Bruno Ross

Mrs. Rosa Bruno Ross was born September 2, 1882, died May 8, 1945, age 62 years.

She was married to A. C. Ross at Arapaho, Oklahoma in 1902. To this union were born seven children, five girls and two boys all surviving; also thirteen grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Mrs. Ross had resided at Sayre during the past three years where she made a host of friends.

She was former resident of Roger Mills county and was well known in the Crawford and Durham communities.

For a number of years preceding her death she was a consistent member of the Christian church.

She is survived by her husband and seven children, all of whom were present at her funeral except one son who is in the service.

Funeral services were conducted by Rev. Bob Allison, assisted by Rev. W. T. Opal after which she was laid to rest in the Doxey cemetery, under the direction of the Tunnard Funeral Home.
