the best big Brother,
and the Uncle never known.   

John Calvin Bohannon was the son of John C Bohannon and Nadine Skinner.

SSG John Calvin Bohannon's tour of duty began on January 4, 1967. SSG Bohannon was assigned to 168th Engineer Battalion, 79th Engineer Group, 20th Engineer Brigade. SSG Bohannon died from injuries received while a passenger in a military vehicle en route to a combat support area when the vehicle struck a hostile mine. SSG Bohannon was the father of two children.
