Clyde C. Roberts

Clyde C. Roberts was born January 22, 1907 west of Mayfield and died January 10, 1990 in Community Hospital at the age of 82.

Mr. Roberts, son of Oliver and Ona Roberts, was born and raised west of Mayfield and attended school at Salt Flat.

He married Anna Sutton on December 30, 1927, in Erick and they lived at the home place. In 1985 they moved to Erick to make their home.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother.

He is survived by his wife Anna; one sister, Minnie Culver of Reydon, Oklahoma; and many other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held Friday at 1:30 p.m. in the Sweetwater Baptist Church with Ross Anderson officiating.

Interment will be in Buffalo cemetery under the direction of Fatheree-Albert Funeral Home.

Pallbearers were A. J. Reed, Ed Logan, Richard Deeds, C. R. Wells, D.R. Gordon, Jr. and Bob Thompson.
