Betty Jewel Watt

Betty Jewel Watt was born January 6, 1943, in Pryor, Oklahoma to Abraham Lincoln and Mary (Owens) Gifford and departed this life May 17, 2012, in Westville, Oklahoma at the age of 69 years, four months and eleven days.
On March 16, 1973, Betty was married to Robert Watt in Stilwell. She worked as a laundry technician for Siloam Springs Nursing and Rehab for 18 years. Betty enjoyed reading, puzzles and spending time with family. She attended the Westville Church of Christ.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Robert Watt, on June 13, 2007, two brothers, Lloyd and Chester Gifford, two sisters, Maxine Helton and Lily Reil and one son, Randy Reil.
Her surviving family includes her children, Robert and Kendra Watt, of Watts, Johnny and Earlene Guthrie, of Baron, Cathy Guffey, of Westville and Christie and John Sluss, of Westville, 13 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Monday, May 21, 2012, at the Westville City Cemetery with Bro. Roger Duncan officiating. Final arrangements were entrusted to the care of Hart Funeral Home of Westville.
