Dale Eugene Hammer, son of Harold and Patricia (Tsatigh) Hammer, was born on January 2, 1976 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma and passed from this life on January 9, 2011 in Westville, Oklahoma at the young age of 35 years and 7 days.
Dale was self employed in the construction business and as a handyman. He could build, fix and repair practically anything. He would hire people just to help them and give them work. He never met a stranger.
Dale was a good man with a big heart and a kind word who would help anyone in need as best he could.
Dale married Bobbie on July 16, 2002. The Lord blessed them with 4 wonderful children. Dale loved his family. He was a proud husband and father.
He loved to talk about his children and how well they were all doing in school and sports. Dale was very close to his dad and brothers. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
He was preceded in death by his mother: Patricia Hammer, grandfather: Dave Hammer, grandmother: Marinda Hammer, uncle: Bob Hammer, grandmother: Elizabeth Throwing Water and grandfather: Melvin Tsatigh.
Surviving Dale is his wife: Bobbie Hammer, children: Dale Hammer, Jr., Brianna Hammer, Chayton Hammer and Isabelle Hammer, all of the home in Stilwell, OK, father: Harold Hammer of Westville, OK, two brothers: Bronco Hammer of Claremore, OK, Nick Hammer of Westville, OK, sister: Marinda Derson and husband Terrell of Westville, OK, several nieces and nephews. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Funeral services at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 13, 2011 at Roberts Chapel, Westville, OK with Bro. Danny Willard officiating. Interment followed at Old Green Cemetery under the direction of Roberts Funeral Home.
