Mary Ann Gaches
December 13, 1941-March 22, 2008
Mary Ann Gaches, the daughter of Frank and Golda Thurber, was born December 13, 1941, in Tahlequah, Oklahoma.
She departed this life March 22, 2008 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma at the age of 66 years, three months and nine days.
Mary worked as a cook for several restaurants including the Stilwell Cafe. As well as cooking, she enjoyed crocheting, baking pies and spending time with her family and friends.
Her parents, and two sons; Darrell and William Gaches, preceded Mary in death.
She leaves to mourn, a loving family including, her son; Rick Gaches and wife Dana of Anchorage, AL, her daughter; Kathy Sellers of Braggs, OK, two brothers; James Thurber and wife Pam of Stilwell, OK, and Ronald Thurber of Wagoner, OK, one sister; Connie McLemore of Stilwell, OK, 12 grandchildren with one more on-the-way, 9 great grandchildren with one more on-the-way and many other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 26, 2008 at Hart Memorial Chapel with Bro. James Wheeler officiating.
Interment will follow at Freewater Cemetery under the direction of Hart Funeral Home.
